"I sold our family house last year, had to move there for 1 year and throw everything away. I got rid of all my childhood memories, and in the meantime, a lot of wounds ruptured. It was so tense, when you are not home, not safe. It was hard to find a home in this unhappy place (concentrate, there was no safe-space). Meanwhile, when I managed to sit down, it was always a miracle. I think that's why this stuff has become so disordered and quiet at the same time." - Anna "We recorded a 2 hour session at Anna's family home. A place where every corner holds memories for the ones inhabiting it. Even though it was my first time there I could relate to what leaving memories behind could be like - I grew up in a very similar setting.
